In the issue of the Neighborhood Magazine, Neighborhood MAG. 5, new products from the Stussy x Neighborhood “Boneyards” collaboration was revealed including sneakers done with the major footwear brand, Nike. Two “Boneyards” models released including a Nike Blazer and a Nike Terminator. The Nike Terminator released in three colorways including black/black, black/blue and black/white. Here is a fascinating design from RATS that is true to the labels philosophy with this limited edition Boot Jack. Working with well known furniture label M&M, the piece features the finest timber and is defined by the laser treatment. A Boot Jack aids in the removal of boots and it consists of a U-shaped mouth which grips the heel of the boot, and a flat area to which weight can be applied.
Here is a fascinating piece of work from Frank Kozik, having used the highly coveted and fast becoming iconic KAWS Companion. The outcome is a piece entitled “500 Years Later Companion”, a heavily aged version of the vinyl toy with rusty finish completing the look.
WTAPS presents new looks for Spring/Summer 2010 via an editorial piece within the latest issue of Cool Trans magazine. The shoot features photography from Keiichi Nitta and Riei Nakagawara with styling by WTAPS. Other credits include models Kyohei Otsuka and Naoshi Kitamura, design by Daisuke Nishihara and editing from Shunsuke Goto.
